  • Employment or career opportunities

  • Complete accuracy of all information presented

  • Real-time updates of changing institutional requirements

  • Availability of programs or courses at the time of application

  • Current pricing or fee structures of educational institutions.

12.3 Third-Party Institution Relationships

We serve as an intermediary platform connecting students with educational institutions. We are not:

  • Agents or representatives of educational institutions

  • Responsible for institutional admission decisions

  • Liable for changes in institutional policies or requirements

  • Guarantors of institutional accreditation or quality

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

  • Content or services provided by educational institutions

  • Technical issues with third-party platforms

  • Data breaches by third-party processors

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the arbitration organization.

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.

18.5 Exceptions to Arbitration

The following disputes are exempt from mandatory arbitration:

  • Claims for injunctive or equitable relief

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Small claims court matters within jurisdictional limits

  • Disputes requiring urgent interim relief
