Business Analytics:
Focuses on big data, AI and machine learning for business, predictive and web analytics, data mining, visualization tools, and domain analytics for various sectors. Students use case-driven practical projects to solve real business problems, enhancing employability in data-driven roles.
Operations Management:
Deals with logistics, supply chain management, operations research, process optimization, quality management, project management, lean and six sigma, service operations, and procurement. Students work on supply chain simulations and global sourcing strategies.

Digital Transformation:

Step 1: Eligibility
For MBA: Graduate degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate (45% for reserved) from a recognized university.
For UG: 10+2 with 50% (45% for reserved) from recognized board.
Step 2: Application
Register on the official Alliance University portal, fill in application (MBA fee ₹1,000 online).
Upload documents—academic certificates, mark sheets, photo, valid entrance test scores (CAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT/AMAT).
Step 3: Selection Rounds
For MBA:
Screening based on eligibility and percentiles
Appear for Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT) if no national test score
Shortlisted candidates appear for Oral Extempore, Group Discussion (in some cycles), and Personal Interview (PI)
For UG:
Entrance test (UGAT/AUSAT), followed by personal interview
