1. Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Flagship Program

Duration: 2 Years (Full Time)
Structure: 4 Semesters with Summer Internship, Industry Projects, and Capstone Dissertation

  • Designed for fresh graduates and early professionals across any discipline.

  • Incorporates a blend of classroom instruction, field-based industry internship, real-life capstone projects, corporate mentorship, and placement training.

  • Interdisciplinary learning integrating horizontal (broader management) and vertical (specialized) disciplines.

Specializations:
Students can tailor their MBA journey by choosing from major and minor specializations. Options include:

  • Marketing:
    Covers branding, digital marketing, consumer behavior, sales and distribution, strategic marketing management, international marketing, and advertising. Emphasis on market research, product management, social media and content analytics.

  • Finance:
    Includes corporate finance, financial markets, investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, financial analytics, risk management, actuarial sciences, corporate valuation, and banking technology. Prepares students for roles in banking, consulting, investment, and fintech.

  • Human Resource Management (HR):
    Encompasses recruitment and selection, talent management, training and development, performance management, compensation design, organizational behavior, industrial relations, and HR analytics. Supported by simulation labs and industry-led workshops.

  • Business Analytics:
    Focuses on big data, AI and machine learning for business, predictive and web analytics, data mining, visualization tools, and domain analytics for various sectors. Students use case-driven practical projects to solve real business problems, enhancing employability in data-driven roles.

  • Operations Management:
    Deals with logistics, supply chain management, operations research, process optimization, quality management, project management, lean and six sigma, service operations, and procurement. Students work on supply chain simulations and global sourcing strategies.

  • International Business:
    Includes global strategy, cross-border marketing, export-import operations, international economics, geopolitics, global supply chain, trade policy, and multicultural management.

  • Digital Transformation:
    A cutting-edge MBA stream training students in digital leadership, fintech, business automation, e-commerce strategy, blockchain, artificial intelligence in business, and digital project management. Emphasis on hybrid competencies combining management and technology for the new digital economy.

  • Product Management & General Management (Elective Pathways):
    Emerging offerings with a focus on cross-disciplinary skills, innovation, design thinking, project execution, and entrepreneurial leadership.

  • Other Options:
    Some cohorts may access subjects in Entrepreneurship, IT & FinTech, Hospitality Management, and other institutionally emerging verticals, subject to student demand and faculty availability.

2. MBA – Digital Transformation

Duration: 2 Years (Full Time)
Description:
Specialized post-graduate program integrating intensive management learning with advanced coursework in digital business, AI, big data analytics, fintech, and online commerce. Designed for ambitious graduates aiming for digital and tech-focused leadership roles in top corporations, global consultancies, and new-age start-ups.


3. Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

Duration: 2 Years (Full Time)
Notes:
Legacy program available in select intakes, largely superseded by MBA offerings, yet remains deeply rooted in case study and experiential learning across all key management verticals.


4. Executive Postgraduate Programs

Executive PGDM / MBA (1 Year or Custom Duration):

  • Designed for working professionals with experience, these programs offer flexible schedules and specialized verticals in General Management, Analytics, Digital Business, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.

  • Includes weekend/evening classes, on-campus modules, and remote hybrid content.


5. Doctoral Program – Ph.D. in Management

Duration: Minimum 3–5 Years (Full/Part Time)
Content:
Advanced research in chosen specialization, interdisciplinary management, pedagogy, or business policy. Meant for future academicians, researchers, and strategic business thinkers.


6. Undergraduate & Dual Programs

  • BBA (Hons) & Integrated BBA-MBA:

  • B.Com (Hons) & Integrated Law + Management:

Admission Process

Step 1: Eligibility

  • For MBA: Graduate degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate (45% for reserved) from a recognized university.

  • For UG: 10+2 with 50% (45% for reserved) from recognized board.

Step 2: Application

  • Register on the official Alliance University portal, fill in application (MBA fee ₹1,000 online).

  • Upload documents—academic certificates, mark sheets, photo, valid entrance test scores (CAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT/AMAT).

Step 3: Selection Rounds

  • For MBA:

    • Screening based on eligibility and percentiles

    • Appear for Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT) if no national test score

    • Shortlisted candidates appear for Oral Extempore, Group Discussion (in some cycles), and Personal Interview (PI)

  • For UG:

    • Entrance test (UGAT/AUSAT), followed by personal interview

Step 4: Offer & Confirmation

  • Based on composite performance (entrance score, past academics, oral extempore, PI), final merit list is prepared.

  • Admission offer sent to top candidates; fee payment and document verification complete seat allocation.

Step 5: Scholarships & Reservation

  • Scholarships up to 50% tuition fee waiver available on basis of merit, CAT/XAT/GMAT/NMAT scores, diversity, sports, & category (SC/ST/PwD/Defense/Player).

  • Reservations as per government norms; minimum 20% for SC/STs, 20% for PWD.
