Admission Process

  1. Application:

    • Register for the NMAT by GMAC (official entrance exam).

    • Fill NMIMS application online, using NMAT details. Upload all required academic and identity documents and pay the application fee.

  2. Entrance Test:

    • Attempt NMAT; score determines eligibility for the next step.

  3. Shortlisting:

    • Initial shortlist made using NMAT score, academic performance (Class X/XII/Graduation), and work experience (if any).

  4. Selection Rounds:

    • Attend Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview (PI) at designated centers or virtually.

    • Some specialized MBAs may require a written ability test or domain knowledge test.

  5. Final Merit List:

    • Composite merit is calculated (weights to NMAT, academics, work ex, diversity, CD/PI).

    • Admission offers are made via email and official portal, subject to seat availability and fee payment.

  6. Enrollment:

    • Pay all stipulated fees as per schedule. Submit necessary documents for verification before academic session begins.

For international and NRI applicants, GMAT scores and an additional interview may be considered in place of NMAT.
